Operational Plan

My business will be focusing on daily operations between 8am to 5pm to ensure that customers have a seamless access, better service and efficient inventory management. I will also operate the business online using an e-commerce platform that will ensure customers go through different cars available and make their preferred choices, even purchase from the site.  

Daily Tasks:

a) Sourcing, inspecting, and listing used vehicles for sale.

b)    Maintaining accurate records of vehicle condition, pricing, and service history.

c)Assisting walk-in customers and respond to online inquiries.

d)Offering test drives, vehicle demonstrations.

e)Processing transactions, including paperwork, warranties, and vehicle transfers.

f)Running digital marketing campaigns on social media, Google Ads, and auto sales platforms.

g)Updating inventory listings on other e-commerce platforms like Kijiji

h) Planning vehicle deliveries

i) Coordinating vehicle repairs, detailing, and necessary maintenance.
